According to AmSat (American Society of Alexander Technique) standards, it is crucial to recognize that while online lessons provide a helpful way to learn about the Technique's principles, they cannot substitute the hands-on training provided by a qualified Alexander Technique teacher.
Presential: Demonstrates, through guided movements, how the principles of the technique function and highlights how we influence our bodies through unhelpful habits that we often acquire unknowingly. The Alexander technique teaches how to attain ease and coordination in the body, breathing, presence, and awareness.
